The most frequent visitor was Canadian Dental Association (2 meetings, via their in-house lobbyist Dr. Aaron Burry). Its registration describes the goal as “DENTAL CARE FUNDING: discussions around the federal budgetary process and program development with regard to funding of dental care…”. That's fewer than the average MP, who had 6 meetings over the same period.

Mr. Speaker, the Toronto Star has revealed that the Prime Minister's buy Canadian promise was a complete sham. After the Prime Minister walked away from trade negotiations with the U.S., he claimed that his government would be Canada's own best customer, yet within the Prime Minister's first 16 months in office, the Liberals increased Canada's reliance on American suppliers. In fact, they awarded $7.8 billion in contracts to American-owned companies. This represents a 55% increase going to U.S.-controlled companies under the Prime Minister. While Canadian workers are suffering from unjustified tariffs, the Prime Minister and his Liberals are shopping south of the border with our tax dollars. Canadians deserve a government that will put Canada first, not one that sends our tax dollars south in the hope that no one will notice. The next time the Prime Minister says he is buying Canadian, do not be fooled.

Mr. Speaker, the cost of the $300-million PrescribeIT scandal just went up again. Conservatives have obtained the termination letter sent to Michael Green, the disgraced CEO in charge of the Liberals' PrescribeIT failure. According to the letter, Mr. Green was awarded a million-dollar severance package, including another massive performance bonus. The million-dollar package was approved by Canada Health Infoway. The health minister's official is a member of Canada Health Infoway's board. Did the minister's official vote to reward Michael Green with more tax dollars after he already wasted $300 million?

Mr. Speaker, the taxpayer-funded CEO in charge of the $300-million PrescribeIT failure is suing Canada Health Infoway for $3 million in damages after he was fired. Buried in the lawsuit is a very damning allegation. Michael Green claims that his firing “was timed in order to prevent his further testimony” before the health committee. In May, the Liberal health minister said in the House of Commons, “the CEO of Infoway's behaviour was unacceptable. I spoke to the board of directors, and they took the necessary steps.” My question is simple. Did the health minister instruct the board of directors to fire the PrescribeIT CEO in order to prevent him from testifying at the parliamentary committee, yes or no?

Mr. Speaker, the former CEO of Canada Health Infoway, Michael Green, was fired after the Conservatives exposed his role in the $300-million PrescribeIT scandal. We have since obtained his termination letter. That termination letter granted Mr. Green a massive severance package that included a full year of salary and benefits, months of pension contributions, months of car allowance, vacation pay, more performance pay and an additional bonus after he was fired for the $300-million failure. The health minister's very own official is on the board of Canada Health Infoway, so my question is simple: Did the health minister's representative vote in favour of this massive severance package for PrescribeIT's CEO, yes or no?
