Conscience rights of clinicians and the need for effective referral for patients. Access of persons across Canada to lawful medical procedures that are provided for under the Canada Health Act. Regulations for the Monitoring of MAID and changes to requirements. Statistical reporting and data collection issues in relation to MAID, Tracks 1 and 2. MAID curriculum or educational initiatives. Legislation and regulation regarding alternative therapies that can be incorporated at end-of-life such as psilocybin.
