1. Seeking federal support and program alignment to facilitate the recognition of military qualifications (Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition) into civilian credentials. Advocacy includes seeking funding through the Education and Training Benefit for veterans and the Non-Commissioned Member Subsidized Training and Education Plan (NCMSTEP) to support rapid upskilling of CAF members into high-demand civilian sectors.
