Lobbying with the government to facilitate and support the Company's efforts to secure a federal grant, contribution, or other financial benefit from the Government of Canada via departmental programs (e.g. NRCan, ISED), from Crown Corporations (e.g. EDC), and/or Arms-length independent bodies (e.g. Canada Growth Fund) and/or from other agencies, departments, and crown entities not yet identified, to support the establishment of a Heavy and Light Rare Earth Element hub for Canada anchored by the Company's proposed mine and refinery in Quebec province and ancillary assets in Labrador.
