Bill C-224 - An Act to amend the Food and Drugs Act (natural health products): To keep NHPs under the purview of the Food and Drugs Act (i.e. Vanessa’s Law), which gives the minister the authority to use a ministerial order for a number of reasons (product recall, delay cost-recovery NHPs, delay labelling for NHPs to a later date).
