Advocating for the federal government to create a standardized hybrid financing pathway for partnership projects between non-profits and private housing developers. A hybrid financing pathway would provide an official process for partnership-based projects where grants and loans could be co-stacked. Advocate that AHF remains under CMHC and Build Canada Homes (BCH) operate as a special operating agency.
