5. Ministerial Directive that Land Border Duty Free Stores are understood as "export" in all departments without exception. Wherever regulation or legislation indicates "export", land border duty free is understood as included.

6. Small Business aide post COVID-19. Given the 20-month long border closure, we are asking to ensure we qualify for funds through Tourism Growth Strategy OR for a special carve out of funds to allow stores to recover from lengthy closure. We are also asking for Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA)loan forgiveness.
